Deliveries shall be made in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery of H2R Automation GmbH, 47809 Krefeld (GTC’s).
orders under 25 kg are handled by our shipping service provider UPS.
Orders over 25 kg will be shipped by a forwarding agent.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. Orders are shipped via UPS.

International Shipping
For shipments outside of Germany, shipping costs are based on the destination country, the weight of the order, and the applicable UPS shipping rates.
The shipping costs for your order will be displayed after you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart or during checkout, before you complete your order.
